Shipping policy
1. Overview of Terms of Carriage
These Conditions of Carriage apply to all carriages of goods within the European Union. All shipping processes shall follow the time frame and delivery requirements agreed in the contract. Carriers are required to strictly adhere to the delivery time limit to ensure that the goods are delivered to the destination on time.
2. Transit Time Regulations
Depending on the origin and destination of the goods, the standard transit time is usually 20-40 working days.

3. Shipping delay and force majeure
In the event of a delay in transportation due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, bad weather, etc.), the shipping company shall notify the customer in a timely manner and do its best to reduce the impact of the delay.
In any case, the transport company shall not exceed the agreed delivery time without reason and shall be liable for the consequences of overtime delivery.
4. The seller shall complete the delivery of the goods within 5-7 days after the contract is signed, and provide the buyer with a delivery notice, which shall include the date of delivery, the mode of transportation, the information of the shipping company, the estimated time of arrival and the waybill number, etc.
